Description

  • General office duties: faxing, filing, scanning, letter drafting, organizing, etc.
  • Working knowledge of all MS Office products and ability to work on a computer.
  • Interact with high volume correspondence in polite and timely manner
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organize files for billing, customer, and client records
  • Schedule appointments for staff

  • Detail oriented and high quality of work and accuracy
  • Telephone skills and professional attitude
  • Must be punctual and presentable
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, highly organized
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Ability to be in office Monday-Friday
