Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
  • Maintain and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Handle incoming communications and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Provide general office support, including filing and record-keeping.
