Job Description
- Manage incoming calls and emails
- Assist with outgoing communication details
- Ad-hoc projects
- Edit/proofread presentations
- Organize excel spreadsheets
- Write/manage agendas for special projects

The Successful Applicant
- 3-4 Administrative experience supporting high level executives
- Previous knowledge of communications tactics
- Able to be in office three days a week on a flexible schedule
