As one of the largest financial services groups in the world, they provide a full range of banking, investment, and financial solutions to corporate, institutional, and government clients.Job DescriptionProvide day-to-day administrative assistance to multiple officers and associates within the Investment & Corporate Banking division.Coordinate complex travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for senior staff.Prepare and submit detailed employee expense reports using Concur; follow up on missing documentation and monitor reimbursement status.Schedule and manage meetings via Outlook, ensuring availability alignment, room booking, guest passes, and catering as needed.Manage general office needs such as supply ordering and mail distribution; uphold organization and efficiency in the workplace.Communicate and reinforce company policies and procedures, particularly around client entertainment and internal operations.Work closely with the administrative team to provide temporary support and ensure seamless departmental operations.Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls; liaise with internal departments and external clients in a professional manner.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
