  • Must be able to commute to Midtown five days a week

Job Description

  • Directly assist the managers with daily administrative support
  • Welcome and assist visitors with their needs when they enter the facility
  • Responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and creating agendas for senior management
  • Assist with presentations and report using PowerPoint
  • Ensure reception and conference rooms are clean and tidy for internal and external clients

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have 2-5 years experience of providing administrative support in a corporate setting
  • Must be organized, reliable, and able to juggle a number of different tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
  • Ability to commute to Midtown
  • Must be able to commit to the assignment from August 2022-February 2023
  • Japanese speaking preferred, not required
