Job Description

  • Coordinate complex calendars and schedule meetings across time zones, ensuring seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for executives, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, with attention to detail and cost-efficiency.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, organize office logistics, and support the transition from a temporary workspace to a permanent office in Charlotte.
  • Process invoices and expense reports accurately and promptly, maintaining clear records and liaising with finance as needed.
  • Provide proactive administrative support to multiple leaders across HR, finance, supply chain, and real estate, adapting to evolving team structures and priorities.

  • Thrives in collaborative environments and contributes ideas, feedback, and solutions as a valued thought partner.
  • Is curious, adaptable, and eager to be part of a growing team where their voice and input truly matter.
  • Lives in or near Charlotte and is comfortable transitioning to a full-time office-based role.
