About Our Client

The hiring company is a confidential international retailer that is expanding their operations into the US. This position will be based in Charlotte, NC and be fully onsite once the office is opened.

Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless communication and preparation.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive materials with discretion and accuracy.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and various departments, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain organized filing systems to support operational efficiency.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events or initiatives as required.
  • Proactively identify ways to improve processes and contribute to the success of the team.
