We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join a small, close-knit office in Winter Park, FL. This is an ongoing temporary position that requires full-time onsite presence. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and professional.

Job Description

  • Provide general administrative support to the office team
  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage correspondence, and greet visitors
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and office supplies
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and basic reporting
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Support special projects and other tasks as needed
