Job Description

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs for attorneys, focusing on professional development, technical skills, and leadership.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for various levels of attorneys across multiple practice areas.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, and adjust programs as needed to ensure optimal impact.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in attorney professional development and training.
  • Partner with HR and department leads to align training initiatives with firm goals and priorities.
  • Manage and track attorney training progress, ensuring that all required training and certifications are completed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of attorney training experience within a law firm environment.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering legal training programs.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse group of attorneys.
  • High-level organizational and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with legal industry best practices for attorney development and training.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
