Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the implementation of complex customer and government contracts, ensuring financial and technical objectives are met.
  • Plans, directs, and coordinates financial and engineering activities for assigned programs.
  • Organizes interdepartmental efforts to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Defines operational direction and takes corrective actions to meet sales targets, gross margins, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Monitors projects from initiation through delivery, addressing technical matters with customers and developing recovery plans as needed.
  • Supports new business proposals and interacts with functional teams, department supervisors, and senior management.
  • Manages multiple programs, overseeing costs, methods, and team performance.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (BS) in engineering or a related technical field required; Master's degree (MS/MBA) preferred.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of directly related Program Management experience.
  • Certifications: PMI certification or an equivalent credential preferred.
