Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Define program objectives and strategies aligned with customer and company goals.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Report on progress, achievements, and program performance.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience (or equivalent).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
