Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Drive antenna design from early-stage concepts through prototype, production, and qualification testing.
  • Engage with customers to capture requirements, provide design solutions, and deliver presentations.
  • Develop test methods and oversee in-house RF and environmental testing.
  • Prepare technical proposals, manage project cost/schedule, and support business development.
  • Translate high-level system requirements into task-level design actions.
  • Coordinate multiple custom engineering projects with precision and accountability.
  • Occasional travel to customers or test facilities as needed.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in RF and antenna design/testing.
  • Proficiency with HFSS, ADS, MATLAB, or similar simulation tools.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Strong project management and customer-facing communication skills.
