Affordable Housing MEP Superintendent

• Manage and oversee all MEP systems installation for construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, addressing any deviations promptly.
• Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams and subcontractors.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure high standards are met.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
