Affordable Housing Owners Rep/Project Manager

• Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations in the construction industry.
• Evaluate and manage project risks, implementing necessary mitigation measures.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Oversee budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation for construction projects.
