Affordable Housing Project Manager

• Manage all phases of affordable housing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Oversee procurement and manage vendor relationships for project needs.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in construction projects.
