Affordable Housing Superintendent

• Manage all aspects of affordable housing construction projects, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align project goals.
• Oversee daily construction site operations and address any challenges promptly.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations at all times.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality control.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
