Job Description

  • Design and build marketing automation workflows to support lead generation, nurturing, and lifecycle management
  • Develop scalable systems for content distribution, lead scoring, and campaign execution across regions
  • Implement and optimize CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Support personalized customer journeys across multiple segments and geographies
  • Integrate AI tools into marketing and sales processes to enhance targeting, insights, and engagement
  • Partner closely with sales to align marketing efforts with pipeline development and revenue goals
  • Build infrastructure for multi-product, multi-market content delivery
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously refine systems to improve conversion and efficiency
  • Support the development of a modern, digital-first marketing function from the ground up

The Successful Applicant

A successful AI Marketing Operations Manager should have:

  • 3-6 years of experience in marketing operations, RevOps, or marketing automation within a B2B environment
  • Proven ability to build and implement marketing systems and workflows (not just execute within them)
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, segmentation, and scoring methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier or similar)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing and sales effectiveness
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, build-stage environment
