Description

  • Pulling reports in Excel from multiple sources and creating trackers
  • Creating and processing shipments to FBA
  • Coordinate with our 3PL's to process the shipments in a timely manner
  • Work with our shipping partners to secure appointments and manage the shipment flow
  • Managing Excess Inventory positions and clearing stranded inventory
  • Fixing brand health issues (Item Suppression)
  • Creating sales reports for internal and external distribution
  • Learn to spot early sales data trends for newly launched items so we can react quickly
  • Report to the Inventory planner on new insights and trends detected
  • Work with item pricing and adjust based on profitability or newness
  • Run promotions, coupons and discounts strategically to help inventory launches and velocity

The Successful Applicant

  • Is very comfortable with MS Excel, Data Analysis tools and has strong analytical skills
  • Is very detail oriented and can think outside the box
  • Works well with a team to collaborate and understand the needs of the team
  • Works well alone handling important tasks, and seeing them through to completion
  • Some relevant work experience, Amazon Seller Central experience is a plus
  • Great general computer skills, and learns new programs quickly
  • A can-do attitude, with a drive to grow and seeks opportunities to take on more responsibility
  • A great personality, to complement the strong team we have in place
  • Experience with Database/data analytics or similar tools are a plus
