Job Description

  • Minimize credit risk in line with the firm's objectives
  • Assist in underwriting process for potential new borrowers
  • Responsible for mitigating loss by counterparty credit analysis
  • Determine credit-worthiness of organizations and their ability to meet their financial obligations f
  • Responsible for effective credit and risk management
  • Work with the borrower, legal counsel, and other consultants
  • Manage consent processes

The Successful Applicant

  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years prior experience in Portfolio Monitoring
  • Knowledge of LATAM market
  • Knowledge on broad range of Specialized Finance products
  • Experience with legal documents and financial analysis
  • Experience in managing consent processes with good ability to propel such processes forward
