Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



  • Underwrite and evaluate potential multifamily acquisitions using financial models and market analysis.


  • Support the acquisition process including due diligence, contract review, and coordination with legal and third-party consultants.


  • Prepare materials for internal investment committee presentations.


  • Conduct demographic and economic research to support investment theses.


  • Assist asset management with budget reviews, investor communications, and performance tracking.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field.


  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in real estate or investment analysis.


  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong financial modeling skills required.


  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.


  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a collaborative setting.

What's on Offer

Salary: $80,000K - $100,000K + bonus
