Analytics Analyst

• Oversee instances of the proprietary dashboard including: design and implementation for clients and analytics support and strategy surrounding churn rates, CAC, engagement, cohort analysis
• Analyze and evaluate client marketing campaigns, helping to drive recommendations and testing in alignment with customer growth goals
• Work with engineers, data partners, and clients to construct dashboards highlighting data representation and ensure accuracy
• Extract and communicate insights on platform users and usage, and provide actionable recommendation and testing in alignment with customer growth goals
• Serve as the primary analytics stakeholders across engagements, working directly with clients to help them achieve their goals
