AP Accountant

• Process and review invoices for accuracy and proper documentation before payment.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors while maintaining strong relationships.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries related to accounts payable.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounts payable function.
