AP Accountant

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoice approvals and payments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards for all AP activities.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate expense reporting.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for audit purposes.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency within the AP function.
• Provide support for special projects as assigned by the accounting team.
