Our commercial real estate client is looking to a AP Clerk for their tenured accounting team!

Description

  • Scanning of invoices and data in system
  • Preparing and processing bi-weekly vendor payments
  • Verifying vendor account statements for past due amounts or credits
  • Disbursing petty cash by recording entries and verifying required documentation
  • Reviewing and maintaining vendor W9 and insurance documents for company requirements
  • Provide supporting documentation for audits readiness
  • Assist with special projects as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the Accounts Payable role or a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business
  • Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Knowledge of accounting and the payment process
