My client is also a certified Great Place to Work with strong employee retention.Job DescriptionProvide technical advice and resolve issues in collaboration with project personnel.Direct and coordinate the activities of project personnel to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.Review status reports from project personnel and adjust schedules or plans as necessary.Review project proposals, drawings, and plans to determine timelines, funding limits, procedures, staffing needs, and resource allocation for each project phase.Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors, ensuring a list of those who perform quality work.Collaborate with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties, define responsibilities, and set the scope of authority.Conduct material take-offs and develop cost estimates.Create daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to support and maintain the overall project timeline.Prepare and deliver project reports for management, clients, and other stakeholders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
