Job Description

  • Assist in managing multifamily construction projects ranging from $60M to $200M
  • Support the preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and project execution phases
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
  • Participate in site visits and progress meetings as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of construction project management experience (multifamily experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of wood-frame, concrete, and steel construction
  • Experience with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and cost tracking
  • Ability to work both in-office and on-site as needed
