Job Description

The Application Support Specialist will provide daily support to colleagues at corporate offices and retail stores, ensuring seamless use of both commercial and proprietary software applications, while escalating support requests when necessary and taking ownership of issues until fully resolved. They will assist with on boarding new employees and managing employee transitions, collaborating with the infrastructure team to enhance user experiences and proactively address potential support needs. They will maintain and update technical documentation, including user manuals, to ensure clarity and accessibility, and monitor software interfaces to perform basic troubleshooting and efficiently resolve technical issues. The Application Support Specialist will be reporting directly to the Director of IT. They will also handle the following:

  • Provide technical support to colleagues in regards to all applications, specifically POS.
  • Handle all onboarding and offboarding
  • Work closely with the infrastructure team to improve the end user experience
  • Monitor and perform troubleshooting

  • 2+ years of retail/CPG experience
  • Experience with Point of Sale
  • Strong SQL experience
