Job Description

Architectural PM - National Design/Build Firm - Framingham MA Responsibilities

  • Review Project scope with construction project managers
  • Coordinate with construction project managers & attend client meetings
  • Prepare presentation drawings
  • Coordinate construction documents
  • Create Architectural documents for permit submittal

The Successful Applicant

Architectural PM - National Design/Build Firm - Framingham MA Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience as an Architect
  • Warehouse, Distribution, Cold Storage project experience (preferred)
  • Will consider large commercial project experience as well
  • Proficient in Revit, & AutoCAD
  • Ability to develop presentation drawings
  • Well-communicative, & hard-worker
