Job Description

The Area Safety Manager - Multifamily - Arlington, VA will:

  • Oversee safety across all Mid-Atlantic construction projects (NJ to Richmond)
  • Conduct site visits and safety audits; ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to project teams
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to promote a culture of safety

The Successful Applicant

The Area Safety Manager - Multifamily - Arlington, VA will have:

  • Minimum 2 years of construction safety experience (GC, subcontractor, or builder/developer background preferred)
  • Experience in multifamily is a plus, but not required
  • Must not come from a safety consulting firm
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the Mid-Atlantic region
  • Must be in the Arlington office at least 1x/week and on-site 4 days/week



What's on Offer

The Area Safety Manager - Multifamily - Arlington, VA will receive:

  • Salary: $115K-$120K (flexible for the right candidate)
  • Hotel + mileage reimbursement at national rates (includes gas + wear and tear)
  • $125/month cell phone allowance
