Asset Management Associate

• Portfolio Support: Assist in managing a portfolio of commercial real estate assets, including office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties. Support senior asset managers in property performance analysis and strategy implementation.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Help in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for investors and senior leadership. Analyze property-level financials, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Investment Analysis: Help in the financial modeling of potential acquisitions, dispositions, and capital improvement projects. Conduct return-on-investment (ROI) analysis to assess the financial impact of proposed strategies.
• Lease Analysis & Management Support: Assist in reviewing and analyzing lease documents, rental escalations, and tenant obligations. Support the negotiation and renewal processes with tenants in collaboration with leasing teams.
