Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial performance and reporting for both hotel and multifamily assets.
  • Act as liaison with hotel operators and ensure alignment with brand standards and ownership goals.
  • Support lease-up strategy, marketing effectiveness, and operational troubleshooting for multifamily units.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and site inspections.
  • Guide budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning across both asset types.
  • Prepare assets for disposition and support investor/lender reporting.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Asset Manager - Hospitality should have:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in hospitality asset management.
  • Strong financial acumen and Excel proficiency; experience with property management software preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis tools.
