This position is for an accomplished Asset Manager who can effectively oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and executing asset management plans in line with the company's vision.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to maximize property performance and value.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and property performance data.
  • Provide guidance on property investment decisions.
  • Manage relationships with tenants, property managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in the acquisition and disposition of properties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various property-related projects.
