Asset Manager

• Manage a portfolio of properties to ensure operational and financial objectives are met.
• Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance property value.
• Conduct regular financial analysis and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with property managers, leasing teams, and other departments to optimize property performance.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for asset improvement or acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company standards.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and other key stakeholders.
