Asset Manager

• Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize property value and income.
• Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for assigned properties.
• Collaborate with property management teams to address operational needs and improvements.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring cost efficiency and quality service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal property regulations.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders, including investors, tenants, and service providers.
