Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring peak operational and financial performance.
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize property value.
  • Analyze financial reports and budgets to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with property management teams to maintain high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
  • Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal regulations within the property industry.
  • Evaluate and negotiate contracts and vendor agreements to enhance property operations.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders regarding property performance.
  • Monitor market trends and recommend adjustments to strategies accordingly.
