The company is recognized for its expertise in managing and developing high-value assets, offering a professional and structured work environment.Job DescriptionThis newly created position will establish and lead the in-house Asset Management function for a growing portfolio of industrial properties across the region. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Manager/Senior Manager will be responsible for driving portfolio performance, implementing best practices, and serving as a key liaison between development, acquisitions, finance, and operations/property management. This will be an Asset Manager or Senior Asset Manager title depending on experience.Portfolio Oversight: Monitor financial and operational performance of industrial assets; ensure alignment with investment objectives.Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and quarterly reporting for leadership and investors.Strategic Planning: Develop asset-level business plans, including lease-up strategies, capital projects, and disposition recommendations.Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with development, construction, and property management teams to optimize asset performance.Risk Management: Identify operational and financial risks; implement mitigation strategies.Process Development: Build internal systems and workflows for asset management, including reporting templates and KPIs.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
