Job Description

  • Manage and monitor a portfolio of affordable housing properties, single and multifamily, advising on construction, safety and leasing.
  • Coordinate with property managers to ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations
  • Review and analyze financial statements of housing assets
  • Track and report on the performance of the property portfolio
  • Assist in the development of asset management strategies
  • Participate in property inspections and assessments
  • Facilitate communication with tenants, property managers, and other stakeholders
  • Support the team in the resolution of property-related issues

The Successful Applicant

A successful Affordable Housing Asset Manager should have:

  • Strong LIHTC experience
  • Proficiency in property management and affordable housing regulations
  • Strong analytical skills for reviewing financial statements and property reports
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders
