Offers complete range of project management services.Tons of room for growth & career development internally.Job DescriptionThe Assistant Project Manager is responsible for:Managing multiple projects in various locations, touring sites daily during constructionParticipating in the design process providing budget, schedule, and construct-ability inputReviewing and interpreting plans & specificationsManaging relationships and interfacing with appropriate personnel on a daily basisPreparing requests for proposals, analyzing/aligning bids, making award recommendationNegotiating and preparing construction & consultant contractsProviding day-to-day management, technical direction, supervision and coordination of construction activitiesReviewing and tracking project invoices, RFIs, Submitals, BudgetsDeveloping, managing, and updating project scheduleEvaluating and negotiating pay requests and change ordersWorking with property management teamLeading regularly scheduled meetingsAdministering punch list and project close-out activitiesReporting project status regularlyMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
