Assistant Controller

• Prepare daily reconciliations of fund cash balances & positions and daily flash reports for the Investments team.
• Reconcile daily trading activity to brokers and other counter-parties.
• Oversee the fund's administrator, prime broker, and other counter-parties.
• Oversee and prepare monthly net asset value and investor allocation calculations.
• Oversee the processing of monthly investor transactions.
• Oversee the calculation and processing of fees and other payments.
• Prepare quarterly management company financial statements
• Oversee all compliance functions, including regulatory reporting.
• Review and assist with the annual fund financial statement audit process and K-1s.
• Generate quarterly projections for the management company entities.
