Job Description

  • This role is located in Tortola, BVI. Relocation package is included.
  • Provide strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of a robust medical education curriculum.
  • Maintain strong communication with diverse groups, including faculty, students, and external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate challenges and implement solutions to enhance the educational experience for MD students.
  • Reconcile conflicts and foster a collaborative environment within the department.
  • Take a leadership role in institutional committees and initiatives to support the mission and vision of the organization.
  • Develop and sustain a strong philosophical foundation for medical education programs.
  • Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
  • Promote a culture of excellence in teaching, learning, and student support services.
