Assistant Facility Security Officer - Defense - Salisbury, MA

• Support the Facility Security Officer in managing and maintaining compliance with federal and contract-specific security regulations.
• Prepare and maintain security documentation in alignment with Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) standards.
• Assist with audits, investigations, and inquiries from government agencies.
• Coordinate and process personnel and facility security clearances, access requests, and visit authorizations.
• Conduct employee security briefings, debriefings, and awareness training programs.
• Review and help develop security plans, procedures, and classification guidance.
• Lead internal security inspections and support incident investigations.
• Serve as Alternate Contractor Program Security Officer (ACPSO) for multiple programs.
• Respond to off-hour building alarms and support classified meetings and program-specific security needs.
