A global, privately held industrial manufacturer with multiple international production facilities, and a diverse portfolio of machinery and engineered products.

Job Description

  • Lead monthly management reporting and cash‑flow reporting activities.
  • Oversee fixed asset accounting and related controls.
  • Prepare the annual budget and develop ongoing financial forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance across multiple business units.
  • Support year‑end close and audit coordination (internal & external).
  • Manage product costing and support new product cost development.
  • Conduct warranty cost analysis and project cost reporting.
  • Oversee inventory management reporting and intercompany reconciliations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Financial Controller should have:

  • CPA or equivalent professional qualification in accounting/finance.
  • 5+ years of financial management reporting experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in SAP and advanced Excel.
  • Strong analytical ability with excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills.
  • Clear, effective communication skills and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
