Job Description

  • Assist in maintaining compliance with federal security regulations, including NISPOM, ICD, and DoD 5205.07 Manuals.
  • Manage and process facility and personnel security clearances, access requests, and visit authorizations.
  • Conduct security training, awareness programs, and employee briefings on compliance procedures.
  • Support investigations, audits, and inquiries from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).
  • Develop and update security policies, procedures, and classification guidance for employees.
  • Respond to security incidents, off-hour alarms, and ensure the protection of classified information.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial security compliance and federal security regulations, preferably within DoD and SAP programs.
  • Strong knowledge of NISPOM, ICD, and DoD 5205.07 security regulations.
  • Experience with security systems such as DISS, e-QIP, NBIS, and NISS.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills to manage security compliance and training.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and hold a current secret security clearance.
