A leading global professional services firm is seeking an Assistant, Legal Recruiting to support attorney hiring, onboarding, and law student recruiting initiatives. This role works closely with the Legal Recruiting team to coordinate interviews, support summer programs, and assist with campus recruiting and office events.

Job Description

  • Coordinate candidate interviews and provide on-site support (greeting, scheduling, office tours)
  • Support on-campus recruiting and summer associate programming
  • Maintain candidate data in recruiting systems (e.g., viDesktop)
  • Assist with recruiting events, DEI initiatives, and affinity programming
  • Process expenses and support day-to-day recruiting operations

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years' experience in professional services or law firm environment preferred
  • Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
