They also have very long lasting client relationships -all of their work is negotiated with repeat clients!Job DescriptionWork in collaboration with project team to oversee large-scale multifamily projects from start to completionAssist with the daily management, coordination, supervision, and successful completion of projectsMonitor construction activities and site conditions, and taking corrective actions to non-compliant workParticipate in & lead staff meetingsReview and compile RFIs, submittals, change requests, and other project financial documentationAssist with overseeing project budget.
