This role will focus on budgeting, schematic design, and collaboration with the design team throughout the preconstruction process. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience, preferably in multifamily construction, but experience in senior living, high-rise commercial, or hospitality projects will also be considered.Key Responsibilities:Assist in developing project budgets and performing schematic leveling throughout the design phase.Work closely with architects, engineers, and the internal preconstruction team to ensure design alignment with project goals.Support the evaluation and review of drawings, helping refine project details before transitioning to the operations team.Primarily focus on negotiated projects, ensuring cost efficiency and feasibility.Collaborate with the Director of Preconstruction, Preconstruction Executives, and other team members to streamline workflows.Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical and leadership skills.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
