Please apply within 48 hours for immediate consideration.Job DescriptionThe Assistant Project Manager - $200M Multifamily Project will be responsible for:Assisting & reporting to the PM/SuperParticipating in the design process providing budget, schedule, and construct-ability inputReviewing and interpreting plans & specificationsManaging relationships and interfacing with appropriate personnel on a daily basisPreparing requests for proposals, analyzing/aligning bids, making award recommendationNegotiating and preparing construction & consultant contractsProviding day-to-day management, technical direction, supervision and coordination of construction activitiesReviewing and tracking project invoices, RFIs, Submitals, BudgetsDeveloping, managing, and updating project scheduleEvaluating and negotiating pay requests and change ordersAdministering punch list and project close-out activitiesReporting project status regularlyMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
