Job DescriptionProject Documentation & CommunicationHandle document control, including submittals and RFIs, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the project team.Assist in preparing and reviewing change orders, cost estimates, and construction schedules.Take a lead role in portions of OAC meetings, facilitating communication between project stakeholders.Project Financial TrackingTrack and report on project finances, including budget adherence, cost forecasting, and expense management.Support Project Managers in managing cash flow and cost-to-complete projections.Quality & ComplianceEnsure all work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.Conduct regular site inspections in collaboration with the PM to maintain quality control.Estimating & Procore ManagementDevelop a working knowledge of estimating and preconstruction activities.Proactively use Procore to manage project schedules, documents, and workflow.Client & Team CoordinationCollaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.Support Project Managers by fostering positive client relationships and engaging with subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
