Job Description

  • Assist in managing all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Support budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
  • Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders
  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to project controls
  • Partner with the Project Manager and Superintendent to maintain quality, safety, and schedule
  • Help facilitate communication between the field, subcontractors, and owners
  • Contribute to problem-solving and project planning as part of a collaborative team

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong team mindset
