Job Description

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects to ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and monitor progress.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain strong working relationships.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes throughout all phases of the project.
  • Support procurement activities, including sourcing materials and managing vendor contracts.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues to minimize delays and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Assist in conducting site inspections and coordinating with field teams as necessary.

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Experience in healthcare, Class A office, light industrial, or higher education projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
  • A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and collaborative mindset
